Intersolar, the world's leading exhibition for the solar industry, serves as a significant platform for FIMER to unveil its cutting-edge technologies tailored for the photovoltaic market. Among the highlights the new Power Platform, featuring single-phase and three-phase inverters as well as a storage system, and the prototype of the new high-power three-phase hybrid inverter PVS-75/125 will be showcased.
PowerUNO, PowerTRIO and PowerX, designed for the Residential market
The Power platform is FIMER's new PV solution with storage that allows the optimization of energy consumption and includes two inverter families, single-phase and three-phase, and a modular battery. PowerUNO and PowerTRIO represent the new generation of hybrid inverters available in several power sizes (from 2 to 6 kW for single-phase and from 4 to 10 kW for three-phase) and backup capacity (respectively up to 6 kW and 10 kW). A series of technical improvements have been made to make both solutions even more competitive on the market.
Indeed, installation flexibility has been enhanced and energy production has been optimized. In particular, the input of both MPPTs (Maximum Power Point Tracker) has been set to 16 A across the entire range, ensuring maximum compatibility with the majority of solar modules and maximizing the use of energy from solar panels.
Moreover, the introduction of further power sizes, with the three-phase model reaching up to 10 kW, allows to meet the needs of any project, both new and existing. The transition from two outputs to a single one intended for both normal operating conditions and backup situations, considerably simplifies installation and proves to be particularly advantageous. Finally, integrated connectivity allows 24/7 real-time monitoring, offering complete control over the efficiency and performance of the inverters.
PowerX is a modular battery system that offers the possibility to expand the storage capacity at any time. Designed with minimal dimensions, it allows for quick and easy installation and guarantees considerable flexibility to meet every energy harvesting need. Its availability is scheduled for the second part of 2024.
The availability of PowerUNO, PowerTRIO and PowerX is set for the second semester 2024.
PVS-75/125 (prototype): the new hybrid three-phase inverter for the C&I market
With three power sizes (75 kW, 100 kW and 125 kW) and up to 12 MPPT, PVS-75/125 is the state-of-the-art hybrid inverter prototype designed to satisfy the requirements of any PV project for the C&I segment. Particularly light and compact, it is designed to allow a quick installation and easy maintenance. This new FIMER branded solution represents an important step in the Company’s path towards conquering the market through innovation, research and Made in Italy quality.
PVS-10/33
At the FIMER booth visitors will also be able to view the three-phase string inverter solutions, PVS-10/15 and PVS-20/33, designed to satisfy the requirements of commercial and industrial PV plants. These inverters, available in a wide range of power sizes (from 10 kW to 15 kW and from 20 kW to 33 kW), stand out for their capability to optimize installation and operational costs.
FIMER PVR-65/75/80-TL
Recently FIMER has decided to enhance its already extensive portfolio of solutions with a platform specifically designed for the revamping of photovoltaic systems equipped with central inverters with output voltages ranging from 270 Vac to 320 Vac. The PVR-65/75/80-TL string inverter has been designed to facilitate the modernization of systems with over 10 years of operation that require an upgrade, avoiding the replacement of transformers, re-stringing of panels, and other complex operations that would require a significant investment of time and financial resources.
These three-phase solutions, with power sizes up to 80 kW and considerable flexibility in compatible output voltage ranges, maximize the return on investment in large existing photovoltaic systems while enjoying all the advantages of a decentralized configuration.

In addition to launching new solutions, FIMER has bolstered its after-sales services to better support customers. With repair centers worldwide and assistance from service partners, FIMER ensures swift intervention and speedy delivery of spare parts and inverters through dedicated service warehouses, for a high level of customer satisfaction. Furthermore, after-sales support and maintenance services guarantee quick assistance for PVI-10/12.5-TL-OUTD and TRIO-20/27.6-TL-OUTD models. Additionally, FIMER also ensures the availability of power modules ranging from 55 kW to 67 kW for Central Plus PVI-55/330 and PVI-134/400 central inverters, as well as 350 kW and 390 kW for the ULTRA series of central inverters, with reduced delivery time.
New FIMER Service programs for PVI-55/330
To support customers who own a photovoltaic system equipped with PVI-55/330 central inverters, FIMER has developed dedicated programs to ensure top performance for these PV plants, including a low impact revamping program and a comprehensive maintenance program.
FIMER Revamp involves the replacement of all power modules of the PV system with new ones, without the need to remove the inverter racks.
FIMER Prevent requires a careful maintenance intervention by FIMER and provides a spare module available to allow the customer to promptly avoid any downtime.
