On the 18th of July 2024, the Special Commissioners in charge gave information about the initiation of the transfer procedure of FIMER SpA which is currently under extraordinary administration.
Such process, aimed at identifying interested parties willing to submit binding offers, will then result in an operation which will bring to the unitary and inseparable transfer of the FIMER business complex to a new ownership.
All information regarding the process, the requirements to be fulfilled to be allowed to submit an Application for Admission to the transfer procedure and to the due diligence activities, as well as the instructions for the submission of the application, are available on FIMER’s official website, www.fimer.com, and on the website of the procedure itself, https://fimerspainas.fallcoweb.it/.
The deadline within which Applications for Admission must be received is the 31st of August 2024 at 15:00 CET.
Within three business days after the above mentioned deadline, the Commissioners will notify the applicants who were found to meet the requirements that they are admitted to the due diligence activities and will provide the Letter of Procedure containing the terms and conditions regulating the presentation of binding offers and the future transfer of the Company.
Binding offers must be submitted within the 15th of October 2024 at 15.30 CET. The assignment will then be defined by the end of the same month and the transfer of the Company to the new ownership will be completed by the end of the year.
