E013 indicates that the channels have been set in parallel but the string voltage of the 2 channels differs by more than 20 volts. Firstly check the presence of the jumpers inside the inverter. Perform a VoC Test to measure the tension of the strings. Take a photo of the display and the inside of the inverter. Send all the data to the Service Department Support to be evaluated.
