JOB SUMMARY AND SCOPE
We are looking for a Product Specialist to join our Residential Global Product Management team, who will be the expert of the Solar inverter/ESS products. He/She will manage the existing product portfolio throughout its life cycle.
ACTIVITIES
- Managing existing Residential solar inverters and battery related product life cycle:
- Collect customer needs (e.g new grid codes or requirements) and bring them into the organization
- Translate customer needs in technical specifications (user stories, use cases, proof of concepts)
- Benchmarking of competitors;
- Technical documentation preparation (white papers, Application notes, datasheets)
- Carry out deep dive trainings to FIMER pre-sales and partners;
- Provide technical support to Key customers and FIMER Partners;
- Support Marketing&Communication for tools creation (brochures, catalogues, Videos, Visual).
- Participate in trade shows and seminars.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
MUST HAVE
- Excellent knowledge of Office Suite: especially Excel and PPT
NICE TO HAVE
- Base knowledge of Power Electronics/batteries and energy conversion
- Base knowledge of Video editing
BEHAVIORAL SKILLS

- Good communication skills, attention to details and orientation towards customer satisfaction.
- Inclination for interpersonal relationships, teamwork predisposition, willingness for sharing expertise.
- Ability to work remotely via online calls and in different time zones.
