Whistleblowing

Reporting of alleged violations of national or European Union regulatory provisions which harm the public interest, the integrity of the public administration or private body that people have become aware of at work.

Such procedure is regulated by the legislative decree 10 March 2023, n. 24.

The report can be made through the appropriate secure digital channel. The channel guarantees the confidentiality of the identity of the reporting person, the person involved, and the person mentioned in the report. To guide those who intend to make such reports, specific instructions has been prepared regarding the methods of preparing and sending the report and the protections granted. Such guide can be downloaded at the bottom of this page.

CAUTION
The Whistleblowing Committee is in charge of exclusively evaluating the reports coming from the people indicated in the attached guide - who, in various capacities, carry out their activities at FIMER - and of which they have become aware within the working context. Therefore, any report regarding the conduct and activities attributable to personnel of other companies must be sent to the competent body of the concerned company.
